Robert C. Davenport

Robert C. Davenport is a Managing Director of Cerberus California, Inc. and Ableco Finance LLC. Prior to joining Cerberus and Ableco Mr. Davenport was at Vestar Capital partners, a middle-market leveraged buyout firm, where he was a principal until 1995. At Vestar, he was responsible for identifying, analyzing and executing leveraged buyout opportunities. Mr. Davenport also worked in the M&A group at Drexel Burnham and spent two years investing a small pool of capital in special situations in the equity, high yield, and derivatives markets. Mr. Davenport is a graduate of the University of California.

Kevin F. Cross

Kevin F. Cross is a Managing Director of Cerberus California, Inc. and a Vice President of Ableco Finance California LLC. Prior to joining Cerberus and Ableco, Mr. Cross was a Managing Director and member of the National Corporate Finance Committee at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin where he was responsible for managing advisory assignments for private debt and equity placements, mergers and acquisitions and special situations. He also had principal investing responsibilities as a Board Member of HLHZ Investments, LLC and Principal of Century Park Capital Partners, an affiliated private equity fund. Previously, Mr. Cross was an Assistant Vice President in the Merchant Banking Group of Sanwa Bank where he originated, underwrote, managed and syndicated senior and subordinated debt. He is a graduate of the University of California at San Diego.

Michael B. Grenier

Michael B. Grenier is a Vice President of Cerberus California, Inc. and a Senior Vice President of Ableco Finance California LLC. Prior to joining the Management Company, Mr. Grenier was a Senior Vice President at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin where he was responsible for originating, structuring and negotiating advisory assignments related to private placements of debt and equity, mergers and acquisitions and special situations. Mr. Grenier previously worked at ING Equity Partners, a merchant-banking fund specializing in investments in minority and control equity and restructurings, and in Continental Bank's Structured Finance department. He is a graduate of The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and received his MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA.

Christopher R. Hebble

Christopher R. Hebble is a Vice President of Cerberus California, Inc. and Ableco Finance California LLC. Prior to joining Cerberus in 2007, Mr. Hebble was a Principal at Caltius Mezzanine Partners, a $300 million mezzanine debt provider, where he was responsible for business origination and evaluation. Mr. Hebble was previously a Vice President in the Corporate Finance Department of Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin, where he was involved in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity placements, and the structuring of leveraged buyouts and corporate recapitalizations. In addition, he was responsible for co-managing Houlihan Lokey's middle-market financial sponsor coverage effort. Mr. Hebble began his career as a Civil and Environmental Engineer where he managed, developed and implemented environmental service programs for international oil and gas utility companies. He received his M.B.A from the University of Southern California and his B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania.

Alex Raskin

Alex Raskin is a Vice President of Cerberus California, Inc. and Ableco Finance California LLC. Prior to joining Cerberus and Ableco, Mr. Raskin was an Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank, where he was responsible for analyzing and executing M&A and leveraged finance transactions. Mr. Raskin previously worked in the Corporate Finance Department at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin. He received his M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his B.S. from the University of Southern California.
