Stephen A. Feinberg

Stephen A. Feinberg is the Senior Managing Director of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. and the Chief Executive Officer of Ableco Finance LLC. Mr. Feinberg founded the management group in December 1992. He also founded or co-founded Cerberus Partners, L.P., and other affiliated funds. Mr. Feinberg began his career at Drexel Burnham where he was actively involved in trading large pools of firm capital. From 1985 to 1992 after leaving Drexel, he managed separate pools of capital for Gruntal & Co. and a small number of other accounts. Mr. Feinberg is a graduate of Princeton University.

Kevin P. Genda

Kevin P. Genda is a Senior Managing Director of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. and the Vice Chairman of Ableco Finance LLC. Prior to joining Cerberus and Ableco in 1995, Mr. Genda was Vice President for new business origination and evaluation at Foothill Capital Corporation, where he was active in loan origination and distressed investing. Mr. Genda previously worked at Huntington Holdings, a $300 million leveraged buyout firm, and at The CIT Group/Business Credit, Inc. as an analyst for new investments and credits. Mr. Genda oversees the Cerberus Companies' asset-based lending activities. He is a graduate of Yale University.

Mark A. Neporent

Mark A. Neporent is the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. and the Senior Vice President of Ableco Finance LLC. Mr. Neporent joined the Management Company in 1998 from Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, a New York City-based law firm where he was a partner in the firm's Business Reorganization and Finance Group doing extensive work on behalf of the Management Company. Mr. Neporent has over sixteen years of experience in the distressed securities, bankruptcy, and high-yield finance business. He is a graduate of Lehigh University and a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law.

Jeffrey L. Lomasky

Jeffrey L. Lomasky is the Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. and the Senior Vice President - Chief Financial Officer of Ableco Finance LLC. Mr. Lomasky has been with the Management Company since 1994. He previously was CFO with New Street Securities from 1992 to 1994, and was controller of Drexel Burnham Lambert. Before that, Mr. Lomasky was based in London where he served as CFO of European activities for Drexel. He is a graduate of Bernard Baruch College.

Daniel E. Wolf

Daniel E. Wolf is a Managing Director of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. and President of Ableco Finance LLC. Prior to joining Cerberus and Ableco in 1997, Mr. Wolf was Senior Vice President for business development and a member of the credit committee at Congress Financial Corporation, the largest asset-based lender in the country, where he was active in loan origination and distressed investing. Mr. Wolf previously worked in the middle-market-lending group at Irving Trust Company and as an analyst for the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. He is a graduate of Drew University and received his MBA from Columbia Business School in 1990.

Eric F. Miller

Eric F. Miller is a Senior Vice President of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. and Director of Marketing of Ableco Finance LLC. Prior to joining the Management Company, Mr. Miller spent twelve years at The CIT Group/Business Credit, Inc. where he was a Vice President, most recently in charge of business development, focusing on restructuring and reorganizing companies. Mr. Miller is a graduate of Syracuse University.

Gerald M. Daniello

Gerald M. Daniello is a Managing Director of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. and a Senior Vice President of Ableco Finance LLC. Prior to joining Cerberus and Ableco in 2003, Mr. Daniello was a Managing Director of Business Development and Portfolio for a Strategic Alternative Investment Group of GE Capital where he was responsible for a $2 billion portfolio of equity, distressed debt and leveraged debt. Previously, Mr. Daniello ran the New England Corporate Finance Group at Chase Manhattan Bank where he was responsible for a $4 billion portfolio of leveraged and non-leveraged cash flow and asset-based loans to middle market companies. He is a graduate of Lafayette College and received an MBA from Temple University.

Alexander J. Ornstein

Alexander J. Ornstein is a Managing Director of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. and a Senior Vice President of Ableco Finance LLC. Prior to joining Cerberus and Ableco, Mr. Ornstein was an attorney at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, a New York City-based law firm where he was an associate in the firm's Business Reorganization and Finance Group. He is a graduate of Columbia College and Hofstra University School of Law.

Keith R. Read

Keith R. Read, Managing Director, Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. and a Senior Vice President of Ableco Finance LLC. Mr. Read joined the Management Company in January 2006. He is primarily responsible for new business origination, underwriting and debt syndications. Prior to joining the Management Company Mr. Read was a Managing Director at CIBC World Markets from 2005-1995, where he was a member of the Leverage Finance Operating Committee and Deals Committee. At CIBC he was responsible for the private finance business including distribution for structured finance products including CLO's and CBO's, mezzanine financings, leveraged finance, and direct fund raising. Prior to joining CIBC in 1995, Mr. Read was an executive vice president at The Argosy Securities Group. Mr. Read received his B.S. degree and his Masters degree in Accountancy from the University of Utah.

Joseph Naccarato

Joseph Naccarato is a Managing Director of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. and a Senior Vice President-Chief Credit Officer of Ableco Finance LLC. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Naccarato was a Vice President and Senior Credit Officer at Bank of America Commercial Funding, where he was responsible for managing all aspects of credit relating to a loan portfolio consisting of over 75 middle market asset-based credit facilities. In addition, Mr. Naccarato spent nearly three years at The CIT Group, one of the nation's premier asset-based lenders, gaining experience as an analyst, field examiner, and assistant account executive. Mr. Naccarato is a graduate of SUNY Oneonta and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Timothy D. Fording

Timothy D. Fording is a Senior Vice President of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. and Ableco Finance LLC. Prior to joining the Management Company, Mr. Fording was an Assistant Vice President at the Austrian bank, Creditanstalt, where he analyzed and originated cash flow-driven leveraged transactions and created an in-house due diligence and advisory function. In addition, Mr. Fording spent nearly seven years with Congress Financial, one of the nation's premier asset-based lenders, gaining experience as an analyst, field examiner and Assistant Vice President for business development. Mr. Fording is a graduate of Georgetown University.

Kevin S. McLeod

Kevin S. McLeod is a Vice President of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. and Ableco Finance LLC. Prior to joining the Management Company, Mr. McLeod managed the Leveraged Finance Origination and Execution activities at CIBC World Markets. While at CIBC World Markets Mr. McLeod originated, structured and executed transactions involving high yield debt securities, leveraged loans, privately placed mezzanine securities and merchant banking investments. Previously, Mr. McLeod worked as an aerospace engineer for the Pratt & Whitney Division of United Technologies Corp. Mr. McLeod earned an M.B.A. Degree from the University of Chicago and a B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Seth D. Fink

Seth D. Fink is a Senior Vice President of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. and Ableco Finance LLC. Prior to Joining the Management Company, Mr. Fink was a Senior Analyst at Sumitomo Bank, where he analyzed cash flow-driven leveraged transactions. In addition, Mr. Fink spent four years with Credit Lyonnais Securities, where he most recently served as the Operating Treasurer, managing the security firm's fixed income portfolio. While at Credit Lyonnais, Mr. Fink helped develop the institution's High Yield Department and specialized in investing in high yield subordinate debt. He is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis and received his MBA from New York University, Stern School of Business.

Paul Lusardi

Paul Lusardi is a Senior Vice President of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. and Ableco Finance LLC. Prior to joining the Management Company, Mr. Lusardi was an Assistant Vice President at Bank of America Commercial Funding, where he was an Account Executive responsible for managing an asset based loan portfolio of middle market retail, manufacturing, and distribution companies. Mr. Lusardi previously worked at The CIT Group, one of the nation's premier asset-based lenders, gaining experience as an Assistant Account Executive. Mr. Lusardi is a graduate of Lehigh University.

Jonathan A. Malkin

Jonathan A. Malkin is a Vice President of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P and Ableco finance LLC. Prior to joining Cerberus and Ableco, Mr. Malkin was an executed director in CIBC World Markets leveraged Finance Group. From 1999-2005, Mr. Malkin was responsible for private placements, primarily focused on structuring and distributing leveraged loans, mezzanine financings, private equity and structured finance products (CDO's). Prior to this, Mr. Malkin worked in CIBC's loan group, where he was an analyst for new investments and credit management. He is a graduate of Brandies University.

Ken J. Kohrs

Ken J. Kohrs is a Vice President of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. and Ableco Finance LLC. Prior to joining the Management Company, Mr. Kohrs was an Assistant Vice President at Wells Fargo Business Credit, where he was an Account Executive responsible for managing an asset based loan portfolio of middle market retail, manufacturing, and distribution companies. Mr. Kohrs is a graduate of Syracuse University.

Peter Eschmann

Peter Eschmann is a Vice President of Ableco and Cerberus. Prior to joining Cerberus, Mr. Eschmann was a Vice President at Deutsche Bank in the Telecom, Media, and Technology corporate banking group providing bank financings. Previously, Mr. Eschmann worked at Chase Manhattan Bank in the asset based lending group originating and managing a portfolio of middle market companies. Mr. Eschmann received his MBA from Fordham Graduate School of Business and his BS from Boston College.

Samuel L. Goldworm

Samuel L. Goldworm is a Vice President of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. and Ableco Finance LLC. Prior to joining Cerberus & Ableco in 2004, Mr. Goldworm was a Partner at Madison Trading LLC, where he traded U.S. equities and options for the firm's proprietary division. Previously, Mr. Goldworm was an analyst in the investment banking department at Salomon Brothers in both their New York and London offices, where he focused on mergers & acquisitions as well as leverage finance transactions. Mr. Goldworm received a dual MBA from Columbia Business School and London Business School, and a BA from Denison University.

Jay Rogers

Jay Rogers is a Vice President of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. and Ableco Finance LLC. Prior to joining Cerberus, Mr Rogers was an analyst at Fursa Alternative Strategies, responsible for researching and managing distressed investment opportunities. Prior to Fursa, Mr. Rogers was at GE Capital as a Vice President in their Distressed Debt & Special Situations Groups, where he managed a portfolio of distressed and under-performing debt and equity positions and had responsibility for investing in new distressed debt opportunities. Prior to GE Capital, Mr. Rogers was with LoftusGroup LLC, a turnaround/restructuring management consultancy based in Greenwich, CT. Mr. Rogers is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder and received an MBA from Georgetown University.

Rafael N. Castro

Rafael N. Castro is an Assistant Vice President of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. and Ableco Finance LLC. Prior to joining Cerberus & Ableco in 2006, Mr. Castro was an associate at CIBC World Markets, where he focused on leveraged finance transactions for various private equity sponsors. Previously, Mr. Castro had held positions as an associate at LabMorgan, JP Morgan's e-finance venture capital group, and as an analyst at Lehman Brothers. Mr. Castro received an MBA from Columbia Business School and an AB from Harvard University.
